To request a refund, please fill out the online Product Returns form. You will be asked to enter the Order Number. Once the Order Number has been submitted you will be asked to enter the Registration Key(s) next to the product(s) you wish to return. If you selected all Trend Micro SMB products from the original purchase to be returned, the amount of extended download and/or backup DVD (if purchased) will be credited to your card as well.
