If you have problems with your installation, or other technical problems, please contact Trend Micro at +1 (888) 608-1009 or submit your request online at http://esupport.trendmicro.com/support/smb/. If you are having problems activating your product, please follow the instructions in the Product Activation Wizard for reaching telephone customer support.

Hours of support operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CST, closed on weekends. If you have e-mailed on the weekend, you will not get a response until 7:00 am Monday at the earliest. During the week day you can expect a response within 24 hours. We only can provide support if you have purchased the product from this website.

If you send an email that is blank, does not describe what the problem is or contains offensive language it will be IGNORED AND DELETED.
